Event Details

You don’t have to work in the finance or accounting departments to make a major impact on your company’s bottom line. Understanding the areas of business outside of your expertise allows you to make more sound decisions and increases your credibility as a leader.

The Mini Master of Financial Management helps managers and leaders from all business functions to:

  • Adjust to the conditions of the domestic and global financial markets
  • Assess strengths and weaknesses in a company’s financial statements
  • Make accurate financial projections and set appropriate budgets
  • Take advantage of financial information systems and tools
  • Make sound financial decisions that increase shareholder value

Through lecture, simulation and group exercises, you’ll broaden and deepen your knowledge of financial management while strengthening your leadership capacity and commitment to ethical business practices. Equip yourself with current financial management strategies and invest in your future success.

Cost: $2,495 (3.6 CEU’s) per participant includes tuition, learning material and refreshments.
